International Sociological Association (ISA), Research Committee (RC 22) on Sociology of Religion, Philippine Association for the Sociology of Religion, organized in cooperation with Faculty for Theology and Religious Education – De La Salle University and Institute of Religion – University of Santo Tomas, the “Religion and the Formation of New Publics: A Mid-Term International Conference” held from 23 to 26 January 2008 in Manila, Philippines.
